Hello all, the San Jose Building 2 internet experienced a provider-caused outage on Saturday (2/11/2023) at 12:28am PT. The SJ facilities team was notified as soon as IT became aware. The connection resumed at around 1:06am, then dropped again from 10:29am - 10:35am. All internet-reliant services (including things that communicate with our cloud servers) will have lost connection during these times. This outage was not caused by anything on our end - it was an upstream issue with the provider.

At this time, all services appear to be working normally. Please submit an IT ticket if you have any questions or other problems.
